Surviving Twenty Something

Get Your Shit Together is all about giving you the tools and the right mindset you need to start to live lighter, get intentional, and bring more joy and freedom into your life— for good.

Such an amazing coursE— definitely recommend it!

I'm a mom (cleaning is in my schedule every day) and this helped me to simplify my house and life very easily. We are so happy we choose minimalism for our family and super relieved of unnecessary stress.

It's not only a course, it's a community that will support you with no judgment every step of the way. Jordanna is awesome and she was always accessible to guide us and support us!

The biggest change has been the change in my home.

I was struggling most with the feeling of always being busy and when I had the opportunity to enjoy not being busy, I'd fill it with social media or tidying the house. I have managed to clear out a lot of things that I don't need, and in turn I feel more at peace when at home and much more likely to enjoy quiet time, reading, etc!

I would 100% recommend the course. It opens your mind to the modern world and the effect it has on us without us even knowing it— I've even managed to help my mum.

At the end of this course you will

  • understand what minimalism means to you and how it can fit easily into your life (and why the 'hedonic treadmill' is leading you down a road of stress and unhappiness)

  • pin-point which areas of your home and life are causing you the most stress and confusion and how to get to clarity, intention, and action, instead.
  • understand how your relationship to your stuff is affecting your life and how you can change it
  • create goals and build habits that WORK to transform your life and take you to your dreams
  • learn how to determine which belongings truly belong in your life
  • learn how to efficiently declutter with joy
  • find purpose after introducing minimalism into your life

I had never contemplated what a different future could look like.

I loved her videos and the Facebook group. Change is hard, and she made it not so scary. She was so down to earth, and I loved when she shared her struggles in an area— so many people act like they have it all together and seeing that it's a process for her too was encouraging. Jordanna is amazing at combining the psychology of changing behaviour in an interesting way that has really been inspirational.

Who am I?

Hey, I'm Jordanna, your humble teacher (okay, some days I'm not so humble— such as when I feel like my eyebrows are looking really great).

I'm a writer, web designer, and lover of knit sweaters. Over the past couple of years, mindful minimalist living has completely changed my life— and now I want to share what I've learned with you.
